Practice Overview

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Assist veterinarian with anesthetic induction and monitoring

  • Prepare patients for surgery

  • Maintain a positive work environment

  • Act as a liaison between doctors and clients

  • Administer vaccines and injectable medication

  • Obtaining and maintaining patient medical information

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care – verbal and written

  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications 

  • Veterinary Technician Certification in the state of Minnesota required

  • Two years of experience preferred

  • Must be available to work rotating Saturday shifts

  • Demonstrated passion for patient care and client service

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives

  • Strong commitment to ethics and integrity

  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
