Practice Overview

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Build and maintain current and prospective client relationships

  • Preventative wellness care, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of small animal cases

  • Perform small animal surgeries and dental procedures

  • Ensure quality care and environment for both staff and clients

  • Provide education to clients and staff on recommendations and choices in care

  • Maintain a positive work environment

  • Guide, utilize, and mentor exceptional support staff

Qualifications 

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required

  • Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Minnesota

  • Minimum of three years of experience preferred, new grads are encouraged to apply

  • Experience working small animal cases and surgery required

  • Dental, orthopedic, rehab, and/or physical therapy experience is a PLUS!

  • Must be available to work the third Saturday of every month

  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning

  • Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
